Our Association has initiated a comprehensive cleanup and restoration program across the entire layout.
This includes:

Clearing and cleaning all common areas, roads, and vacant plots
Constructing a secure compound wall with well-designed entry and exit gates
Deploying 24/7 security personnel with logbook maintenance for all visitor entries
Ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for plot owners and visitors
Continuous upkeep to keep the layout clean, organized, and accessible at all times

Our goal is to create a pleasant, secure, and owner-friendly environment that reflects the true value of our community

Electrical and Water Supplies

Looking ahead, the Association will work towards establishing essential infrastructure for:

Electrical power supply across the entire layout
Water supply systems and distribution points
Support for future construction and development within the community
Coordination with relevant authorities for approvals and implementation

These developments will greatly enhance the livability and long-term value of the layout.

Owners Portal

We are developing a dedicated Owners Portal exclusively for registered members of the Association.
The portal will offer:

Real-time updates on ongoing and upcoming projects
Transparent communication on developments and expenses
Access to community documents, meeting notes, and announcements
A secure marketplace for owners to list their plots for sale or explore plots available for purchase
Online support, request submissions, and community engagement

The portal will serve as a one-stop digital hub for all owner-related information and interactions.
